How much does Twain cost?

Monthly subscriptions start at $99 for 1,000 credits. One-time credit packs start at $29.70 for 200 credits. New users receive 500 free credits with no credit card required.

Do subscription credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. At renewal, we cap the balance at three times the monthly credits in your plan.

When do one-time credits expire?

One-time credits expire after 60 days. If you buy another pack, we extend your entire remaining balance to 60 days from that purchase.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You can use your remaining credits until five days after your paid period ends.

Can I try Twain for free?

Yes. New accounts receive 500 free credits for 30 days, and you do not need a credit card.

Using Twain

Can I edit and regenerate one lead for free?

Yes. You can change the instructions and regenerate one lead in its current mode for free, including Ultra. Moving that lead to a deeper mode costs the full price of the new mode because Twain reruns the deeper research as well as the sequence.

When do bulk regenerations cost credits?

Regenerating several leads in Base or High is free. For Ultra, Twain charges 2 credits per sequence step for each lead that needs regeneration. The cost preview shows the total before you continue.

What does a generation cost cover?

The price shown for Base, High, or Ultra covers the research and complete sequence. Twain does not charge separately for research or writing.

Can I add teammates without paying per seat?

Yes. You can add teammates without a per-seat charge. Everyone uses the same shared credit balance.
